I never received the ring I ordered for my mother's Christmas gift. This order was made and had a Christmas guarantee on delivery. I even received a FedEx tracking number that the item was shipped only to find the number was invalid. I placed an order from their 2014 X-mas brochure on Nov.16th! This brochure said that x-mas delivery guaranteed on all orders placed on or before Dec 18th. On Dec. 23rd at approx. 17:30 hours I received call telling me that my items on back order for another 8-10 weeks!! With that being said, I just told them to cancel whole order!!
