I purchased the USMC cuckoo clock,and clock was broken,sent it back,received another one,clock did not work. When I called to ask for a guarantee on a working clock,they told me they only guarantee if it's the 3rd clock. I ordered a "Proud Veteran Hoodie" back on 7/12/2014, hoping to get it by Christmas. bradford exchange, but i do not like some of the customer service representatives! I wad calling them, to check on an order, i was yelled at, hung up on, by the representatives. When a company advertises items they are selling,in most cases you will receive said item in a timely manner. Not with this company,it takes MONTHS for majority of their items to ship.
