I ordered an item that they guareented the item would be received before Christmas . After receiving two confirmations that It would be shipped , I just get an email stating the item wouldn't be shipped till 2/05/15 ! This company is a fraud and should be sued ! E MAIL SEVERAL TIMES AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. NO RESPONSE EITHER WAY. I RETURNED BRACELET AND COULD NOT GET CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS RECEIVED. HAD TO CONTACT CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE CHARGES. I bought a gift for a friend on Bradford exchange website, the gift arrived fast enough, but for the price, meh, the quality of the object was sub-par. The major problem is that they only charged my credit card for half of the price of my order and sent me a bill for the other half.
