I wanted a spinning eyor ring and they have billed me and each month I send in a payment and so my credit card number is floating around out there somewhere. They have yet to to recieve anything now I do not want the *** thing. Add comment

I called in an ordered a bag for my Thomas Kincade tree and a bracelet for my son. I received the bracelet two days later and the bag about a week later. When I looked at my checking account I noticed that not only was I charged for express shipping but they ran each item separate which made the shipping fee more. When I called the company the customer service was awful and I got no results.... Read more

Ordered this ring personalized for our 20th anniversary. It came. Found it unattractive & clunky. Called to return it. Was told they could not resell it as it was engraved-personalized. I ordered a Mother's Day present a week before Mother's Day. I called to verify with a human that it would make it on time. The assured me it would. Now it's 2 days after Mother's Day and I just got a tracking email stating it just shipped. The Bradford Exchange truly does not care what they say to their customers. Bradford Exchange has a call center in Canada which does very little work. They have a back up call center in Niles, IL. The Bradford Checks orders are outsourced to China. Most of the time, the orders are done wrong. Many times in the fall, new products are advertised. Most of the time, there is no products to back up the advertisements.
