This has got to be the worst company on the planet. I ordered one of their products in June and never got it until September! This was particularly bad since it was for a birthday gift and that day came and went with no product in sight. Ordered the Disney princess necklace. Words are not engraved but printed paper between two bits of glass. I complained and they sent me details of how to return the item. No sorry, no excuse for why they 'falsely advertise' items. Child's name was misspelled and returned to Bradford returned to customer with no correction. I also purchased one of the rings in a size eight. I was very disappointed because the ring is so tiny it looks like a child's ring. I have not paid for the child's music but I have made the first payment on the ring. I ordered checks, four boxes, after shopping several sites for the lowest price. The total was 13.98, and I chose the free shipping option. The next day my bank account showed a charge for 25.78....
