I ordered a ring a week ago, got a confirmation email everything. All was good, it was saying it was being made and would ship Feb. 7 just in time for Valentines Day like I ordered it for". They were stating order before a certain date in time for Valentines Day delivery/. Well I get on Feb 7 and website tells me it wont be shipped now til Feb 15 after Valentines Day?. What bull crap.. I emailed the customer service like your supposed too and to this day I still havent gotten a email back from these people,. Like what company doesnt have customer service phone number/. I'm am so worried now that Im being screwed over by these people|. I wish there was someone to contact to get this figured out'. I will never order from these people again, especially after reading all these reviews. 1288614

Bradford Exchange doesn't play by its own rules. I ordered a ring, paid for 2-day shipping, and here it is THREE days later and the ring still has NOT shipped. 

Bradford Exchange advertises in PARADE magazine. I sent the following complaint to :  

"One of you advertisers, BRADFORD EXCHANGE, is a scam. Go to www.pissedconsumer.com and type in Bradford Exchange and you will see what I mean." 

"I recently ordered a ring, paid extra for 2-day shipping, and three days later the item STILL ISN'T SHIPPED!! Judging from the comments on www.pissedconsumer.com, I doubt BRADFORD EXCHANGE will refund my extra shipping fee."  

"I wonder how many PARADE readers have been ripped off by BRADFORD EXCHANGE?" 

"www.pissedconsumer.com had numerous comments from customers who have been ripped off by BRADFORD EXCHANGE." 

"This experience will certainly make me wary of EVER again buying anthing advertised in PARADE magazine."

@jenfer86 I have just received an E-Mail this morning telling me it'll be with me around the 21st of this month. 

 

Should be interesting as it's personalised with our names, and going by this farce if they're spelt right I'll be impressed, and legible more so as it's a size 5 which is quite small.

I am going through the same thing. I ordered the Forever Love Diamond Ring and it was initially supposed to ship on the 7th. That date got pushed to the 10, then the 13th and now the 16th. I will NEVER order from this site again and I am going to report the to the BBB for fraud and false advertising. The whole site is fake. Then when you call their so called customer service, you're on hold the whole time. No one answers any calls. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM BRADFORD EXCHANGE!!

I feel really bad for you John. All 3 times that I have called they all said that the online status and phone tracker is wrong. They dont take in count the special shipping for Valentines Day. Which I dont know if I believe. I guess I will see if it comes before if not I want my money back. Mine is saying ship date of 2/15 too, at least online. The phone number says end of March. Bull.

I was also told that the ring I ordered would be shipped before Valentines Day now it has a ship date of 2/17 how am I supposed to purpose to my girl friend if I don't have the ring for Valentine's Day? I have this dinner and everything planned out. Now I'm going to look like an *** not having a ring to give her. :(

And the person who says they are from bradford exchange that posts on everyones thing saying email me, is a total joke. That email doesnt exist. I tried and a error comes back saying there is no host there.

My parents were about to order from these people and I informed them not too. Did you ever get your ring? I told the guy on phone, dont give me the run around. I'm not in the mood to deal with your crap. I told him if my ring isnt here before valentines day I will be getting refunded. But so far they havent charged my credit card.

I did call was on hold for awhile. The guy sounded foreign and told me it was still coming for valentines day and will be shipped before to receive it that day. I asked than why doesn't website say that. He told me not to pay attention to it and it doesn't get updated info. I don't know what to believe I guess if I don't receive it before I will be calling again.
