The Bradford Exchange United Kingdom - Bradford Exchange - BE AWARE!!!
I ordered a Christmas decoration from The Bradford Exchange on 11th August 2014. I paid by 3 monthly instalments.
When I didn't received my product by October, I tried to contact them by phone but their advertised telephone number of 0333003**** or 0333003**** only takes you through to several options all of which lead to answer phone messages. There isn't one number where you can actually speak to anyone. I therefore emailed them and received a reply 2 days later stating that my product was dispatched from their Warehouse on 25th Aug and they were going to send me an insurance form. Once they received the form they would investigate the whereabouts of my product and either send me a replacement of a full refund.
The email seemed genuine so I asked for a replacement. It has been a month since i returned the insurance form and I have had no communication from The Bradford Exchange. I have just emailed them again to ask for a full refund. I have a very bad feeling about this company.
They have excellent marketing but their customer service is appalling.
If i don't receive a full refund within 14 days i'll have to result to legal action. BE AWARE!!!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $190.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
